How is this different from your shop diagnostic?
The diagnostic work is the same — manufacturer-specific scanners, real techs, plain-English answers. The difference is location: we come to wherever your car is sitting instead of you needing to get it to us. For a check-engine light on a car that’s still driving fine, the shop visit usually makes more sense. For a no-start, a stranded car, or anything you’d otherwise pay a tow truck to move blind, calling us out first saves you money.
What can you actually figure out on-site?
A lot more than you’d think. Battery and charging system tests, full computer code scans with live data, fuel and ignition checks, visual under-hood and under-car inspection, sensor and wiring spot-checks. If the fix is a jumpstart or a tightened terminal, we can sometimes get you rolling right there. If it needs the lift, you’ll know exactly why before you tow it.
How much does it cost?

How fast can you get there?
Same-day in most cases when you call during shop hours, especially within our core Roselle service area. Next-day if you’re calling late or we’re booked solid.
Do I have to bring the car in afterward?
No. You get the report and you decide. We’d obviously rather fix it for you — but if you want to use the report to get the work done elsewhere, or fix it yourself, that’s your call. The point of mobile diagnostics is information, not pressure.
